About

The fasting app that reads your metabolism

Atomic Fast times your fasts, logs your meals, and shows what your body is doing between them — on your iPhone or Android, without shipping your health data off to make sense of it.

Why it exists

It started as the app its founder couldn't find. Most fasting apps are a timer with a subscription wall. The ones that track food bury you in menus. And almost none of them tell you what's happening inside your body between meals — they just count up. So he built one that does, and kept building until it was the thing worth opening every morning.

What makes it different

  • It runs on your device. Your fasts and meals are saved locally and the app works fully offline. The intelligence runs on your phone, not on someone else's server — what you track stays yours.
  • It has a metabolic brain, not just a clock. As the hours pass it shows the phase you're moving through — digestion, blood-sugar drawdown, fat-burning, ketosis — based on your real last meal, not a generic countdown.
  • Fasting and food live together. Log a meal in about ten seconds by photo or a quick description, then see how what you eat lines up with when you eat.
  • It stays small and fast. It doesn't bloat your phone or your morning.

The same standard as the blog

The honesty runs both ways. The blog reads the actual studies and reports what they say — including when the evidence is thin or the headline oversold it. The app is built the same way: no miracle claims, no dark patterns, and your data isn't the product. If we can't back it up, we don't put it in front of you.
