No. All your personal data — fasting sessions, meal logs, health snapshots, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. We don't operate cloud databases that store your personal data.

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Atomic Fast, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

With your permission, we read sleep, heart rate, HRV, steps, exercise, weight, respiratory rate, and more — 24 data types total. Your meals also write back 11 nutrient types plus water to Apple Health.

Your readiness score is calculated from 10 health signals including sleep quality, HRV, resting heart rate, and activity. A low score typically means your body needs more recovery — consider a lighter fasting day.

Go to Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. This removes your server-side account and all local data. Since most data is stored on-device, you can also simply delete the app.
