Account & Data Deletion

Atomic Fast gives you full control over your account and personal data. You can request account and data deletion directly from the app on both iOS and Android.

Delete your account from the iOS app

  1. Open the Atomic Fast app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the Advanced section and tap Data & Privacy.
  4. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and tap Delete Account.
  5. Review the deletion notice — this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  6. Confirm your request by tapping Delete Account in the final confirmation dialog.

Delete your account from the Android app

  1. Open the Atomic Fast app on your Android device.
  2. Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the Advanced section and tap Data & Privacy.
  4. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and tap Delete Account.
  5. Review the deletion notice — this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  6. Confirm your request by tapping Delete Account in the final confirmation dialog.

What happens after deletion

  • Your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  • All personal data associated with your Atomic Fast account — including your fasting history, meal logs, health snapshots, and app preferences — will be removed.
  • Your cloud backup (iCloud on iOS, Google Drive on Android) will be automatically deleted.
  • All locally stored data on your device will be erased and the app will return to its initial state.
  • Some limited information may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
  • Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

Manage specific data

If you don't want to delete your entire account, Atomic Fast also lets you selectively clear individual data categories. These options are available on both iOS and Android.

Clear Fasting DataRemoves all fasting sessions, streaks, and session metadata.
Clear Meal DataDeletes all logged meals, saved recipes, and associated meal photos.
Clear Water LogsRemoves all hydration tracking entries.
Clear Health DataErases locally cached health snapshots. Your Apple Health or Health Connect data is not affected.
Clear Custom FoodsDeletes any user-created food entries from your personal database.
Clear All DataResets the entire app to its initial state — removes all of the above at once. Requires double confirmation.
