About our articles
Editorial standards
Our blog explains fasting research and how to use Atomic Fast. The evidence and its limits should be clear enough for you to assess.
Who writes the articles
Health and science articles carry the byline of Nazmul Hasan Rupok, Atomic Fast’s founder. Product announcements and operational app guides may use the Atomic Fast team byline. The founder is not a clinician. A named author and a list of references do not mean an article has received independent medical review.
Research and health claims
Articles should link important claims to their sources and explain the study population, findings and limitations. An association is not proof of cause. An animal experiment, abstract or preprint should be described as such. A timer label cannot confirm a physiological change in your body.
Opening context identifies the intended reader, question and evidence limits. Source notes explain what the cited material supports. A source-check date records review of that material; it does not certify that a conclusion applies to you.
Product instructions
App guides use the product’s code and documentation to check controls, outcomes and platform differences. Where verification is based on those materials, we say so. It should not be read as a claim that every step was tested on a device. Features and availability can differ between iOS, Android and subscription plans.
Publication dates and corrections
The original publication date stays with an article. A Last updated date indicates a substantive revision, rather than a routine website deployment. Navigation changes and search-title edits do not represent a new review of the research.
If you find a factual error, a broken source or an instruction that does not match the app, contact support with the article link and the specific issue.
Our commercial interest and limits
Atomic Fast publishes this blog and sells an optional paid app subscription. Articles may describe or link to our product. Our app and articles provide general education and tracking tools; they do not diagnose conditions or replace care from a qualified health professional. Read the health disclaimer before making changes based on an article.
