By downloading, installing, or using Atomic Fast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Atomic Fast is a personal wellness app that provides intermittent fasting tracking, meal and nutrition logging, food scanning via AI, readiness scoring based on Apple Health data, and related features. The App is designed for general wellness purposes only.

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Fasting phase descriptions, metabolic impact estimates, readiness scores, and AI-generated nutrition data are approximations based on general research. They should not be relied upon for medical decisions.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a fasting regimen, making significant dietary changes, or if you have any pre-existing health conditions including diabetes, eating disorders, or pregnancy.

Food identification and nutrition estimates from photos are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and may contain inaccuracies.

You are responsible for verifying nutrition information, especially for allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions. The App is not liable for errors in AI-generated estimates.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the App, including personal details, food logs, and health information.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal wellness tracking.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is handled. All personal data is stored locally on your device. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the property of Atomic Fast and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Gemini API, USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts, and Apple HealthKit. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atomic Fast and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version will always be available within the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. All locally stored data will be removed upon deletion.
