It's a map, not a blood test

Here's where we'll be straight with you, because plenty of apps won't. The phase Atomic Fast shows is based on elapsed time, not a measurement of what's happening inside you right now. It doesn't read your ketones or your blood sugar. No phone does that from a timer alone.

Why does that matter? Your actual switch into fat-burning or ketosis depends on things a clock can't see: how many carbs were in your last meal, how much you moved, your own metabolism.
